Vintage VW Camper Vans

Get back to your roots
Rent a Camper

Our VW Vanagon Westfalia Camper has the character of the hippy buses of the 1960’s, just with a modern design and the amenities you would expect in a full-sized recreational vehicle (RV). It’s small, so you can navigate the 600 hair-pin turns and 54 one-lane bridges of the Road to Hana with ease.

The Westy has a pop-up tent with two double bunks, includes a kitchenette with a sink and burners, and comes with all the camping equipment you need. See the list of what’s included.

Since many locals drive VW campers, you’ll blend in on the island roads. Maybe you’ll even make new local friends!
We have automatic and manual transmissions to choose from. These book up fast, so don’t delay.

We started our lifetime adventure…

“These guys are awesome! The vans are older but in great shape. Super friendly people! My girlfriend and I just spent 5 nights all around Maui! We camped on the beach, camped near fresh water caves, waterfalls, etc. we even got engaged! Thanks Aloha Campers for making our trip so amazing!”

It’s so nice to camp on Maui…

“We had the best time in our camper van.
There were no problems, but if you’re wanting a new-feeling rental, I recommend the Element over the camper van. But if you are a westie lover, this is the place for you! So nice to camp Maui – then you can explore everywhere and just pull over somewhere to sleep. Really great idea. The airport pick up was late at night and went seamlessly; we were in our van within an hour of landing and on our way.”
